A shadowbox frame, because I’m full of memories. And I’m deep, baby, real deep.

2. The thing I like best about framing…
Seeing the amazing artwork that comes into the shop daily. I love collaborating with customers during the design process, then, with my own hands, making their vision into reality.

3. On my days off I can be found…
Obsessing over my flower gardens or hiking through the woods with my spoiled little dog.

4. Hope & Feathers is all about…
Making sure every customer has a great experience when they walk into the shop. Even after more than 15 years in this profession, I genuinely love helping customers choose mats and frames that enhance and protect their art.

5. My favorite/most memorable framing project:
My grandfather served in Japan during WWII and had a drawer full of medals and mementos. I designed a shadowbox that included his medals, dog tags, photos, and a Western Union telegram he received in Nagasaki informing him that his wife had a baby, my mom!
